Sports are one of the defining elements in the story of my boys’ childhood. Almost every weekend (and most week nights) were spent at a baseball field or hockey rink. There was nothing I loved more than watching my boys play the games they loved and I loved capturing the moments of camaraderie between them and their teammates and the moments of utter joy, or anguish, that they would later associate with a game or tournament. I loved that they would pour over my pictures critiquing their own form or reliving a great play. And they loved that there was never any posing or having to look at the camera.
Whether it’s baseball, hockey, dancing, skiing, horseback, skateboarding or any other sport – there is something beautiful about capturing the body in motion and all the joy, determination and anguish that comes with giving it your all.
Sport Shoots last the length of the game, or can be a 1 to 2 hour posed shoot with props at a location of your choice. You will receive a fully edited digital gallery, of at least, 50 images. The Images are yours to download, share and/or print an unlimited number of times.
The price for a Sport Shoot is $350. Prices will incur a surcharge if you ask for a longer shoot or choose locations more than a 30-minute drive from Sunapee.
